Constructed reality
My thought process behind this work was to make people look deeper into the image for meaning. My meaning brings me close to home in Puerto Rico where hispanics are very proud of their catholic religion and even though people do not go to church religiously they show their faith in many other ways.

Finished product
My thought process behind this body of work was to use a puerto rican folktale and incorporate my puerto rican family into those characters into the story. I turned each member of my family into a creature to help tell the story with vivid colors of the island.

The song of the Coqui`
A Puerto Rican Fairy Tale: As for right now my idea is to transform my old Puerto Rican Family pictures and transform my family members into the creatures in the story. As for now this is my sketch. I can't really paint a picture of how my images are going to look, its just going to be something I get the feel of and things will fall into place.
